Transfer or purchase ETH on Abstract Chain (Abs Portal “Fund”), or bridge it from another blockchain.
Go to “Trade” in the Abs Portal or use a dApp (Moonshot/Dexscreener) to buy LiLz. Make sure you select the official token.
